Refund Policy

This policy explains how we handle requests relating to any paid educational materials, alongside the statutory rights you keep as a consumer.

1. Overview

Hipnnrefineai is primarily an informational reading project. From time to time we may make a paid educational item available, such as a downloadable guide. This policy describes how we approach refunds for those items in a fair and transparent way, and how it sits alongside your rights under consumer law.

2. What this covers

This policy applies only to paid educational materials purchased directly through Hipnnrefineai. It does not apply to free content, which makes up the majority of the site, nor to anything purchased from third parties. The specific terms of any paid item will be presented clearly at the point of purchase.

3. Eligibility

If a paid item does not match its description, or if you experience a genuine technical problem that prevents access and we cannot resolve it, you may be eligible for a refund. To help us assess a request fairly, please include your order reference and a clear description of the issue.

4. Digital materials

Many of our paid items, where offered, are digital and available immediately. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the right to cancel can end once download or access begins, where you have acknowledged this at checkout. We will always make these conditions clear before you complete a purchase.

5. Right of withdrawal

Where applicable consumer law gives you a cooling-off period, you may withdraw from a purchase within that period without giving a reason, subject to the rules on digital content described above. We will explain the relevant period and any conditions at the time of purchase.

6. How to request

7. Timelines

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within a few working days of receipt. Where a refund is approved, we will process it promptly and, in any event, within the timeframe required by applicable law. The time for funds to appear may depend on your payment provider.

8. Refund method

Approved refunds are normally returned using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless we agree otherwise with you. We do not charge a fee for processing a valid refund.

9. Exceptions

We may decline a refund where a request falls outside the conditions above, for example where digital content has been fully accessed after you acknowledged the loss of the cancellation right, or where a request is made well outside any applicable period. We will always explain our reasoning.

10. Your statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under Finnish and European Union law. Where this policy is more generous than the law requires, the more generous terms apply. Where the law gives you stronger rights, those rights prevail.
